I believe that in any business, people always come first. I prefer transparent processes and lead by example through active hands-on involvement – a leader belongs on stage, not behind it. I take full ownership, especially in uncertain conditions: when there’s no clear playbook, I move fast, make decisions, and delegate to the right people based on their level of ownership. I build systems and automation that free people to focus on work that inspires them, while staying close to industry trends – often anticipating where things are heading before they get there.
