I believe that in any business, people always come first — not the other way around. I prefer to keep processes transparent and lead by example through active hands-on involvement, because I see the leader's place as being on stage, not behind it. I take responsibility, especially in uncertain situations, and when there's no clear answer, I move fast, make decisions myself, and delegate tasks to the right people based on their level of ownership. I build systems and automation that give people the freedom to focus on work that actually inspires them. I also stay very close to what's happening in the industry, constantly analyzing where things are heading — often before they get there.
